I received great service leading up to the countertop installation and I was very happy with the quality of quartz countertops and their installation. Unfortunately, my flooring was damaged during the moving of the refrigerator. At this point, the service went down hill. Emails and phone calls were not returned. It took months for them to finally tell me to get an estimate for replacement.
