I've never had an issue with service in a branch. But, the wait times for customer service on the phone are absurd for a small credit union. The services reps really do want to help, but there's got to some sort of systemic issue with customer service on the phone. So far, I've been on hold for 40 minutes trying to resolve a simple issue with an external transfer not working. Everyone there are very nice and welcoming
The staff at this location were professional, especially David Ash. My complaint is with the Loan Department. They have no representatives and everything is done on phone or computer. After two days trying to get a call back from the Loan Department, decided to drive 30 minutes to speak to someone. Even David had issues trying to get a response from the Loan Department and he is an employee of the bank. Absolutely unacceptable
Came to open an account about 20 min before they closed they turned me down telling me to go on there website or to make an appointment mind you the branch was completely empty… don’t bank here I can already tell the customer service is bad
