For days I have been trying to find at least 1 rep that can give me any answers on how to unfreeze my accounts (they never notify me first they just straight up freeze them) and every person tells me they "will transfer me to another department" and then they hang up! Ridiculous! I just want a clear answer on how to solve this! I am switching banks as soon as I can ...

I’ve been a long-time member of Affinity and have always had positive experiences, so I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of clarity I received when trying to help my son open a simple sole proprietorship business account for his vending business. We were told he needed documents that are only required for LLCs or trade names, even though he clearly explained he was opening the account under his legal name.
