I’ve been a long-time member of Affinity and have always had positive experiences, so I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of clarity I received when trying to help my son open a simple sole proprietorship business account for his vending business. We were told he needed documents that are only required for LLCs or trade names, even though he clearly explained he was opening the account under his legal name. Place is the absolute worst. Don’t bank at this sorry branch. Nobody knows what they’re doing. Customer service is the absolute worst. I’m closing my account with this shitty bank and Ms. Patel you are the absolute worst bank rep I have ever seen. Don’t put your money in this garbage bank.
Credit unions promote themselves as caring about the average person. I have been banking with affinity for five years and they still treat me like garbage. THEY DO NOT CARE.
This is the branch with worst customer service! As mentioned in the below comment, I also faced the worst service from the lady named "Aarti". She thinks that we are walking into her house and demands service! She is a half baked knowledge lady and always exhibits unfriendly behaviour. She imposes her own rule of banking. If they are not changing this lady, this branch will bring bad reputation to the entire Affinity bank! I hope someone will read the reviews and take appropriate action!
