This is the branch with worst customer service! As mentioned in the below comment, I also faced the worst service from the lady named "Aarti". She thinks that we are walking into her house and demands service! She is a half baked knowledge lady and always exhibits unfriendly behaviour. She imposes her own rule of banking. If they are not changing this lady, this branch will bring bad reputation to the entire Affinity bank! I hope someone will read the reviews and take appropriate action!
Had to take care of an Affinity Debit card alert from the Affinity fraud alert office. Talked with an Affinity lady from India. I got the impression she just wanted to get me out her office. Why the "talking down" to me? Why she was just gazing at her computer as I was speaking???? I was conveying important details about my FRAUD ALERT FROM AFFINITY FRAUD OFFICE. Worst customer service ! Standing in line one employee working while the other two employees having a conversation not work related how I know because that’s how loudly they were talking! I got the credit card for Amazon purchases, it seems like they are not getting the 5% and only getting 1%. The website is from 1992, completely archaic- outdated beyond belief. The way you spend your rewards or points is completely odd too. Opens up a separate site and you have to calculate them yourself. And to pay your balance!? No auto pay and you have to select PAY YOUR LOAN!? lol what!? This is wild. Can’t believe a company hasn’t invested into their website and made it simpler to use.
