Very compassionate staff. From the receptionist to the nursing staff and practitioners. Have felt comfortable and welcome since moving to Olney, and finding Affinity as my health provider. It's nice to feel genuinely cared about by a medical team. And not like a place where people are disgruntled and only there for a paycheck. Thank you Affinity for making patients feel like family.
Very unprofessional. False accusations in a letter sent to me when they are the ones who caused confusion at the pharmacy. Only care about documentation and covering their asses. Hard to get a return call and they hardly ever answer the phone. Very disappointing medically. Also note this is not a dr it’s a nurse practitioner and very young inexperienced staff.
Welcome with open Arms. They all have a heart of Gold. Very Good at what they do. Staff is very welcoming and very Clean and Sanitation.
Between my 4 children and myself we have been with affinity since before AFHW before AFHW was even established. We have been with provider JN since 2013 and now we are with both providers JN and JB. They see you, hear you, and understand you. AFHW make your physical and mental health a priority. AFHW providers and staff actually care and its obvious.
