My husband's appointment was for Noon and mine was for 1 PM. We waited an hour and a half before my husband was even seen. In the meantime a man who was obviously in pain arrived 4 minutes late for his appointment and was told he could not be seen because he was late. He could not even be rescheduled for 24 hours because he was 4 minutes late. Despite the fact that he was in pain and had fought traffic to get there.
