They misrepresented their ability to level our floor. At one point the owner said that with the jacks they installed, they could lift the house off the foundations. Cut to 6 months and $10,000 later and the story is now that the sill-plate is situated incorrectly and there is nothing they can do. That would have been something to discuss before work was done and payment was received. I also feel like ** tries to smooth over concerns and ignore them rather than address them. My husband and I recently discovered mold in our basement. We called Affinity and setup an appointment for a mold inspection. the gentleman that responded was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in the field. Once the inspection was completed he spoke to us about what he had found, and made us feel very at easy that the problem could be fix. We received an estimate for the project in about 2 days.
