I went there for extreme tooth pain, they are the BEST!! Very nice & explains everything before they do anything. I will be going there for now on.

I chose Affinity Dental Care based on reviews. When I called to make the appointment, I asked for a new patient appointment with dental cleaning (as most dental appointments include this). After X-rays and an exam, I was told the dental hygienist was out on maternity leave. I feel like this should have been explicit when I made the appointment.
