They have come a long way.
Run away! I’ve had an account here for over 10 years now. AffinityCU used to be great but it’s gone down hill. They take more days off than a dead person. They charge your accounts when they should not. For example I was sent notification to submit proof of insurance on a cargo trailer, I sent it and then was charged over nearly $400 for not having “coverage”. This whole update they have done is the worst thing they could have done to their clients. You can't leave a voicemail anywhere or even talk to anyone when calling and they changed the app so you can even see your cards on there.
