Although I understand this company might be very busy after the hurricanes in Florida, they haven't answering service that responds to telephone calls. In my case, I have left more than seven messages to please just call. I am there regular customer and they are treating my call is if it doesn't exist. After researching several solar companies, DHHS was clearly the best - they definitely know what theyre doing. From start to finish, everything was as promised. We had a problem with one of the panels not working and they replaced it with no hassle. One of the best features of the system is the monitoring performed by an app which allows us to track our usage and show if theres a problem with any of the panels - BIG plus!! Definitely 5 Stars for this company! I first met employee Tony when he was sent to my home by Lowes to correct an electrical problem created by their first electrician. Then I bought a Generac whole house generator. DHHS were the installers. It was a very complicated project but DHHS did an excellent job on the install. Now they have performed the second annual maintenance and inspection of the Generac system.
