We decided to put my mom in hospice on Thursday November 14, 2024 and Affinity of Virginia was recommended by ***. This review is specific *********************** ******. While promised 4 visits per week. 2 from a nurse and 2 from an aide we never got a single visit from either for an entire week after enrolling at which point we needed to put my mom in a nursing home as she was declining rapidly.
