We used Affinity Care for my father from Nov 2024 till his passing in March of 2025. The entire team was incedible! From start to finish they helped us navigate through some tough decisions and helped keep Dad comfortable and fought for us to allow him to stay in his Assisted Living apartment(his home) without the need of having him transferred to the nursing home side.
