Can't recommend Affinity Bank enough. While the big banks are getting sued for screwing their customers over "prioritizing" large PPP loans over smaller loans to make more on processing fees Affinity has taken care of all of their customers. That's just the tip of the iceberg. Fantastic customer service, personalized customer service and friendly customer service are the norm. I've been a happy customer for 16 years and will never stray!
You may try to understand your customers! We obtained an SBA from Affinity and gave your bank a nice commission! However when it came time to lock in a fixed rate we were told it wasn't possible and missed out on low rates! It turns out other banks were more than happy to help us! Poor service from Affinity!
You couldn't pay me to change my banking relationship. Affinity Bank has the highest level of customer service. I recommend them all the time. A true partner for me and my business for the last 16 years!
