Heidi gave us a wonderful tour of a 2 BR which sounded great; however, the 2nd BR is no where big enough for a 2nd person to actually live comfortably in. It’s got a pub for happy hours, pool/spa, pickleball courts, a billiards lounge, an arts studio, and much more. The rent is all-inclusive, which covers utility, WiFi, cable, plus pet-friendly perks and EV charging, etc..
