We have lived here for 15 months and Mr. John Bennett has been the best maintenance man I’ve ever worked with. He is quick, attentive and an absolute joy to talk to. Every request was handled in a timely manner and with a smile. We will definitely miss him when we move!
Love living at Affinity at Kendrick! Doreen, the property manager, made my move-in seamless—she’s truly amazing. The property is spotless, quiet, and feels incredibly safe. It’s also just a short drive to Lake Wylie and Charlotte. I love the smart home features—being able to control my thermostat, front door, and door camera right from my phone is a game changer. Highly recommend this community!
We moved into a three-bedroom home in this community, and I am impressed. The move-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was very helpful during the application and move in process. The community is very responsive to repair requests and communicates about upcoming changes to the schedule.
I’ve been here for two months now and I can say I really like this place. I have never lived in a townhome before and was worried about the noise and close neighbors but I have never heard any noises coming from either townhome beside of me. It must be insulated well! It’s a quiet place and everyone I’ve met is incredibly nice. They do have a little play area for dogs and my dog loves it. Any questions I have had (which I usually send via email) have been answered within minutes. We are happy here.
