So I was told to arrive 15 min early before my appointment so I did. Now I been waiting for an hour and they haven’t call me, but they are calling people that came before me. I ask why they haven’t called me and they said they don’t call you exactly on time you appointment was schedule but I heard others coming in saying they have and appointment and they taking them in first when I was here first. At this point I think this clinic is been races to Hispanic people.

I had been suffering from pain and infection due to my wisdom tooth and molar, and Compass made me wait for months. After missing an appointment due to an asthma attack, they put me back on the waitlist. Desperate for relief, I called Affinia Healthcare, hoping they could help.
