I started coming here a few weeks ago and thought everything was okay but I started seeing the cracks in the foundation last week, my first visit I met the social worker who is amazing and Dr. Abernathy who I really like. They asked me questions and we did the usual during first visits and she ordered labs that required about 5 vials of of bloodwork. These people never pick up the phone For the love of God hire some men to do the job
I changed my 5 star to a 1 star due to never being able to get an appointment anymore. I had to wait 3 months for my appointment for a cleaning that I need due to gum disease, and the day before my appointment they called to reschedule because the dentist was sick, which is understandable, but 3 months! So I asked how long it would take them to reschedule me and they said they'd call me the next week... It's been 2 months and I still haven't recieved a call back, and they don't answer their phones.
