Friendly and efficient. The ability to book early morning appointments is a big plus if you don't want to miss work. I have visited both this and the Oakland location for over five years and have not experienced any issues with appointments or billing.
The professionalism + communication here is sadly, horrible. After waiting 4-5 months for an appointment that was already re-scheduled once on their end because Dr. Graham was busy, I called in today, an hour before my appt to make sure all was good as I hadn't heard from them. I would like to make a formal complaint regarding this establishment. My family member’s appointment was cancelled twice in a row, the first time because the doctor was going on jury duty, they offered an alternate date, fine, that new appointment was accepted and confirmed by phone. The second date came, today, and they didn’t even bother to cancel, when we called to confirm, the person who picked up said the doctor just didn’t show up today, no further explanation and didn’t seem alarmed or surprised at their no show.
