Walking in the office for a 10:30 Appointment. Standing room only. Elderly people who have no place to sit, but unable to stand. Slowly starts to clear. Several people came after me and were seen before I was called back. Waited 2 hours before being called back. By the time I'm called back only myself and 1 other person waiting. Asked front staff, they said just busy. Uncaring staff, could have cared less that you sat there for 2 hours.
Needed to cancel and reschedule an appointment. On hold for 31 minutes before I gave up.
I had a very traumatic and painful experience with UROLOGIST DOCTOR FARZANA FAISAL , and I truly hope no one else has to go through what I went through. When I visited the urologist, she said she needed to examine me. However, she did not explain the procedure at all and did not warn me that it would be painful. After about five minutes of examination, the doctor suddenly inserted a catheter into my private area without any proper explanation or warning. The pain was extreme and unbearable.
