This place was very nice in the beginning however, my questions during my visit were not answered to the best of the doctors’s ability. I don’t believe come to find out by doing just a little simple homework on my own that there is also a third procedure that can be taken place the procedures that the doctor recommended were not explained to me how they are performed They also do not use the patient portal messaging system and will not answer questions unless you schedule an appointment

Have called 5 times to make an appointment. They never answer their phone. The last time I called, I waited 15 minutes and no one ever answered. The time before, I waited 11 minutes with the same music repeating itself over and over. If this is the way they run their business, forget it. They are out to lunch! 5/22/25 Calling again a day later: still no answer. On hold with a recording. 8/19/25- I had some testing done but the results were NEVER sent to my primary doctor.
