**do not make an appointment**Lorri was a no-show for our 2nd counseling session because she forgot. She was unwilling to make any accommodations to meet us another day and was quite unapologetic about her mistake. While her missed-appointments policy is very strict, approx. $200 without 24 hour notice--what happens when the tables are turned and she doesn't show up for you? In this case, absolutely nothing!
