Deceptive business practices at best. Call in and no one can give any answers, or the story changes person to person and day to day when trying to resolve any disputes. They will not give out contact info for any internal contacts to resolve billing issues

Took six phone calls and nearly six months to get a refund from a $265 bill that had never been charged to my insurance. When APS finally billed my insurance, and my insurance paid part of the claim, APS then owed me a refund… which they said I should receive via a check in the mail in 30 business days. After 30 days and no check, I called back; the rep said she would escalate my case to her manager and I should receive a check in two to three weeks. This company admitted to me that they made an error in billing, and despite my insurance clearly indicating that the member was not responsible for the bill, they billed me to make up for their error. They have a responsibility in Mass. to be held to a high standard to avoid deceptive billing practices and I almost paid a bill I should never have received.
