First off if you like talking to the back of your Dr. He's might be your guy. 2nd the longest time iv ever waited for a DR. With no explanation. We're talking sometimes a 2 hour wait because overbooking. IF YOU GET A EXAM BE PREPARED, NO GOWNS JUST LIFT YR SHIRT UP. I HAVE HAVE BREAST CANCER. SO, Next the chemo farm he runs is absolutely ignorant. While going through chemo I wasn't given a preventative medication and absolutely NO ONE FOR DAYS COULD REACH THE DR. They don’t listen. I’m self pay. I paid a visit 7/9!!! with my CC. They billed my old health plan too. Now I’m stuck on that I’m missing the money. I call every week and beg for help and they just say “waiting for a supervisor “ I’m really tired. I lost $200 and yea if you miss $200 it’s not $5. it’s a significant amount.

I am not one who likes to wait in back for over fifteen minutes, 40 minutes is totally ridiculous for a five minute visit. Her bedside manners are wonderful. Wait time needs working on.
