They don’t listen. I’m self pay. I paid a visit 7/9!!! with my CC. They billed my old health plan too. Now I’m stuck on that I’m missing the money. I call every week and beg for help and they just say “waiting for a supervisor “ I’m really tired. I lost $200 and yea if you miss $200 it’s not $5. it’s a significant amount.

I am not one who likes to wait in back for over fifteen minutes, 40 minutes is totally ridiculous for a five minute visit. Her bedside manners are wonderful. Wait time needs working on.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Rozell so I'll just say she saved my life. Thank you is not sufficient but will have to do. She's awesome :)
