I love going to this facility. My doctor is very patient and informative, and the receptionists are very polite.
Caring,explain treatment and condition
Get a second opinion prior to agreeing to chemo or radiation. This place racks up and gives mediocre care. And this was my personal experience.
I was seen once. I need iron, amongst other important infusions. I called their office 6 times, and left voicemail EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whomever is assigned to return calls is very unprofessional and negligent. I even went into their office IN PERSON, and they could not give me an answer as to why I have not yet received my infusions. I needed them urgently since my appointment on December 31st.
