Yesterday, I had my first appointment with Dr. Rozell in Hazel Crest, IL and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I met Michelle first when she checked me in and she was both warm and inviting with a great sense of humor. Yeti called me to a room and took my vitals. Once she confirmed everything was good, we chatted a little bit about everything and nothing when I learned that she is the neighbor of my good girlfriend from high school. Dr. McIlwain is truly exceptional. She is kind, patient, and never makes me feel rushed, no matter how many questions I bring in. She explains everything clearly and thoughtfully, and she’s incredibly thorough with my care and concerns. Most importantly, I felt (and still feel) completely safe in her hands, which meant so much at a time when everything felt overwhelming and fragile. I’m deeply grateful for her compassion, her expertise, and the way she shows up for her patients.
I love going to this facility. My doctor is very patient and informative, and the receptionists are very polite.
Caring,explain treatment and condition
Get a second opinion prior to agreeing to chemo or radiation. This place racks up and gives mediocre care. And this was my personal experience.
