I was seen once. I need iron, amongst other important infusions. I called their office 6 times, and left voicemail EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whomever is assigned to return calls is very unprofessional and negligent. I even went into their office IN PERSON, and they could not give me an answer as to why I have not yet received my infusions. I needed them urgently since my appointment on December 31st. My mother was diagnosed with cancer in March and Dr. McILwain and her staff took great care of her. I would recommend this office 10/10 times!
