Apparently will call to these guys means we’ll call you to wake you up from your nap after you’ve sat here for a hour. Totally terrible experience. I’ve NEVER been treaded so poorly in all my years as a contractor. If I could give them less stars I would. They act like you are interrupting their important work by showing up in will call. But when in reality they are playing on their phones and chatting about online dating and where’s the best place to eat. Regular people need to call and order a will call to pick up for their metals. They are only open till 3 for will call pick ups. They will load you up in the back by the big blue doors.
Unload my truck in 30 min
Picking up a load here is a joke, takes forever. Where is warehouse management? Don't they read their reviews?This is a systemic problem with this place.
