Choose Affiliated i needed to get some testing done and was referred over to Affiliated Genetics ... They are an A+ company..From the time i put my first call in , then testing and waiting for results they were amazing! Customer service was amazing and very informative and prompt in getting back to me.. i will recommend them to everyone i can ...Thank You

very helpful I needed a paternity test and called a few companies. Although the price was a little higher than I was quoted from another lab they were much easier to deal with. Everything was professional and completed within the time frame they told me. They came to the hospital to get my families swabs and answered all my questions. I was completely satisfied.

Great Customer Service Had looked around for other places but this seemed to be the best choice, wanted to know if my twin and I were identical so I ordered a kit through their website and got the package in 2 days sent it back and even though they said it takes 7-10 days my results were done before the end of the week. Their customer service representative was very kind and helpful he even gave me the results over the phone (including a report sent by mail). Do Not Use! Purchased the twin zygosity testing and mailed in samples. Results were to take 7 business days. After 9, I called to check the status of my test. I was told that "there is a problem with the machine" and that it would take "longer". I waited another week and called back to check and was told "the samples don't seem to be working, we need new samples." I am now waiting for a refund. Even though they are "accredited", spend your money with someone that actually cares about their customers!
