Simply Outstanding! We absolutely LOVE ACCESS! We have been taking our pets there for years. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are about half what we have been forced to pay at other 24 hour clinics! I will never take my critters anywhere else! We highly recommend them!

Great location and staff I love this place. It is great to have a place like this in such a convenient location for me. I foster puppies for a local animal rescue and never know what condition they will be in. I have had to use them on numerous occassions.

Exceptional Care for us (pet and me!) We had to take our vomiting dog into this hospital a few months ago. We and she were treated very well. They saw us promptly, and everyone went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. Daisy had to stay a couple of days on IV fluids, but was soon back to her old self. They let us come visit her several times a day, and called us every day with updates. To top it off, we got a refund when we came to take her home!! We were dreading the final bill so much, and it was a real relief... read more

Do Not Recommend Went to North Raleigh location a few times and will never go back. Vets are young, inexperienced, and arrogant (facial piercings may work for hair dressers but do not look professional for a vet). But in the end, it is all about the money with these folks. Very expensive every time we have gone. Last straw was even though I have pain medication for an older dog, when the same medication was recommended for an acute injury to another dog, she would not tell me the dose unless I bought it from them. Guess they... read more

the best thing you could give your pet in need My 9 month old cat Caesar recently had a blockage in his urethra, and was in critical condition when he was first brought to ACCESS. He spent almost a week at their facility, and I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone on staff was kind, sympathetic and genuinely cared about the status of my cat. I received updates on his condition twice daily via telephone, and anytime I called in I was able to speak with a technician personally who answered all of my questions (and the... read more

ACCES does an excellent job on taking care of animals I am a veterinary assistant working in a Seattle clinic, we always refer animals that we cannot cure to ACCES because they are the most competent people in the city of Seattle; their staff is full of experienced and loving veterinarians and assistants and if you want to make sure your pet gets the best care possible ACCES is the right place to go. The previous review was a shock for me and whoever posted it obviously does not know what animal care is. And catherers are ne... read more

Euthanized my bird due to ignorance Don't take your birds/reptiles/rodents here. They don't know what they are doing with them. I took my bird in when it started having seizures, and the vet euthanized him without my consent. I signed a form allowing him to perform "triage" on my pet, and as soon as I turned it in they put my bird down, called me back, and apologized for my loss. They had wanted to give the bird sugar, which is not an appropriate treatment for much of anything avian-related. They simply didn't know what to d... read more

ACCES saved my dogs life ACCES is a great facility and saved my dog after he ate rat bait that was sprinkled on the fence line between my house and my neighbors. My neighbor didn't tell me he had put the rat bait out (oddly enough, this was the first time he ever used rat bait) and being that my dog was a lab, he did all kinds of maneuvers to get to the rat bait. As soon as I realized what happened I rushed him in to ACCES, the front staff was kind and compassionate, they really took my emergency seriously. The technical sta... read more

ACCES was great, new changes I brought my cat in last week for a small wound. I had been to ACCES before (the service has always been great, the staff is friendly) and usually waited in the lobby to be put in the room. However this time I was pleasantly surprised when as soon as I walked up to the counter they called for a triage tech. One of the staff came up right away and we went into a close room. I knew my cat was stable, but they still checked his vitals and I was happy to see a face right away. My visit was a little l... read more
