See Ms. Scribner. She is a nurse practicioner. I saw one of the DRs the first time I visited this practice. I could not understand her, she was disinterested, and she did not fix the problem with my complexion. I have seen Ms Scribner ever since who is concerned and correctly diagnosed my skin problem and has dramatically improved it with her treatment, She also does my botox. I am so impressed with her !
I am a patient of a doctor in this group. My doctor (and her nurse) are wonderful. They are pleasant and definitely make time to listen and determine what your problem is and treat it. Ive always found everyone there with whom I am in contact to be very pleasant. The above post sounds like someone just having a bad day (or life).
Ive been here three times and each time have had to wait at least 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Each time the doctor offered little to no explanation about my condition - what might be causing it, what I could do to get rid of it, etc. Instead, she would basically just stare at my face for about 30 seconds, write a couple of expensive prescriptions & then shove me out the door as fast as possible.
