DEFINETLY THE WORST PLACE FOR MY CARE.....THE STAFF DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU OR WHAT YOUR ISSUES ARE....SO THEY PUT THIER OWN SPIN ON WHAT YOU SAY...WHICH I HAVE MULTIPLE DOCUMENTATION TO BACK MYSELF UP....THEY BLAME INSURANCE FOR LATE CARE...WHEN IN FACT...ITS ON THEM....AND WHEN YOU DO HAVE AN ISSUE...AND TALK TO THE CEO...AND PRESENT THE CONCERNS...THEY ACT LIKE THEY ADVOCATE FOR YOU...BUT THEY ARE JUST COVERING THIER OWN ASSES.....IM STILL WAITING ON AN INVESTAGATION INTO DR.SANDS LAUGHING AT ME WHILE IM IN PAIN BEING BROUG... read more
Come here all the time because I have a family of six never have had any problems
The nurses were fantastic, the bed side manner of the ER doctor though was terrible. Was clearly agitated that I came in for having difficulty breathing. I had been driving and started having chest pains, so I came in to make sure it wasnt anything serious. I have a history of heart issues. The dr acted like she had better things to do. Regardless, at least her nursing staff was kind.
Hands down the worst providers & clinic management. The providers are lazy, they spend a couple minutes with you and then downplay what’s happening to you, send you on your way with no solution. They need new management in their clinics because the current manager is failing their community & patients. Never again will I waste my money on less than mediocre care.
