On 03/08/2021 one of my hearing aids stopped working, the hearing aids were not purchased from AAC however I do take them to AAC for maintenance. I contacted them approximately 8:30am and explained that my husband was hospitalized and that I would be unable to communicate with him or the medical staff without my aids.
