I called Matt Purcell on Wednesday. He ordered the part for my washing machine and came Thursday the very next day to fix the machine. The part cost $104 the very same part that MR Appliance was going to charge me $218 for. The job with MR Appliance was going to cost me $420 and they could not get the part until Monday. I had to pay them $129 for coming to the house and by cancelling with them and paying Matt l still saved $58 and am doing a wash as l write this review.
