I had them out to do a diagnostic which I was told on the phone it would be $125. The worker was there not very long, used some tape to help with a break in a vent which I personally feel very unsafe with and will be calling somebody else out to check it. It was not repaired properly. Then when he closed out and I went to pay it was something crazy like $256. HE DID NOT EVEN BRING IN HIS OWN LADDER! I am a woman and I had to set up a ladder that was 12' tall that I owned. I argued that I would not pay the amount he requested... read more
