They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt encouraged when getting help for my mom. We were very satisfied with our visit. They were helpful and we left feeling supported and in the know about how to care for her after our treatment.
I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Carter and the staff at the office. Everyone is very kind and quick to answer any concerns that we may have. My daughter has had oral surgery three times to remove extra teeth and to make room for adult teeth that needed extra room. With each surgery, they allowed me to be in the room with her before she went under anesthetic, so that I was able to lessen her anxiety before the surgery.
