I am writing to share my experience with this home health agency. My initial contact was to inquire about services for a family member. I was told that they only accept cash or Zelle for payment. I agreed to this and was instructed that they would send the Zelle payment information and necessary paperwork via email. After multiple follow-ups, including a text message and a visit to their office, I never received the promised information. I had left information in person with the administrative assistant. I would not do business with them. Their management is very rude, and seems very fishy."
