Extremely Unprofessional Experience We visited this bridal shop over the weekend to help my sister find her wedding dress, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The consultant who helped us was pushy and clearly focused on making a sale rather than listening to what my sister wanted. Klaudia & Co. is the best of the best of bridal and formalwear in the midwest! My experiences with Klaudia and her staff have been absolutely amazing. They are all very knowledgable, professional, and committed to giving you an experience that makes you feel like a VIP, no matter what your budget is or the occasion you are shopping for. I popped in there quick today, on a Friday, around 1pm during their walk-in hours. I am in the wee early stages of my wedding planning journey so very much just 'browsing' at this point.
