From personal experience they violate federal law on entering apartments without prior authorization. And not an emergency. Have the worst maintenance program I've ever had the unpleasant experience with. Very incompetent managers that have zero experience in how to take a work order and coordination between maintenance and management is hilariously non existent. ALWAYS DOCUMENT AND TAKE PICTURES AT TIME OF MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT. AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Horrible experience with this company and our apartment manager Stefanie S. After keeping the apartment immaculate for an entire year and thoroughly deep-cleaning the entire apartment before vacating, including shampooing ourselves, they withheld $300 or our refundable deposit for unnecessary cleaning/shampooing costs. Stefanie had told me in person that they would not need these services done. She was very sneaky and not up front with us at all with charges.
