My favorite urgent care, wow! The staff is so friendly and genuine, which is way different from any other urgent care I've been to as they aren't as personable. Not to mention I was in and out within 30 minutes the last two times I was there. Amanda Emma and Autumn always make it an amazing experience if you have a chance to meet them! The owner Maxton is also one of the nicest people I've ever met. I've even see him several times outside of work supporting the community. Highly recommend!!

My husband saw Autumn and her accompanying physician intern on October 26th for a swollen toe and foot, where the toe had an open wound and appeared very infected. They looked, without closely examining the wound. They did not clean it or cover it. All they did was prescribe antibiotics. It is now much worse and he has had to spend money to go elsewhere. This place is a joke — just a bunch of bitter old ladies who are miserable and lack foundational knowledge of basic injuries. One of them even discussed another patient’s private information with me, making fun of the fact that this poor patient was crying. I guess HIPAA is not a priority here. Quite pathetic, honestly.
