Everyone was nice, sympathetic, and helpful. It was very fast as well. Everyone wished me well on my way out. It was a great experience. I just wished I went sooner.
Staff were upbeat and very helpful. Little wait time. Doctor listened to my issue and responded with suggestions that helped. My only disappointment is that everytime I went to this urgent care center they requested that I scan a code to register. Internet connection was VERY weak and I could never get into the system.
MELISSA IS AN ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR! HER KINDNESS MADE IT VERY WELCOMING AND COMFORTING AS I CAME IN FOR MY APPOINTMENT. YOU GUYS HAVE AN ABSOLUTE GEM ON YOUR HANDS! SHE EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY ASPECT OF HER ROLE AT AFC. POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND EXCELLENT PATIENT CARE! IF I EVER FEEL ILL I WILL BE BACK.
