Front desk the lady was so Disrespect and all the stuff is bad
I’m impressed. I’m a senior who has been left waiting for hours in hospital ER’s and found care at Urgent Care facilities to be too limited. Dr Kevin was a big help to me and offered suggestions and help that my fleet of specialists never even mentioned. He genuinely wanted me to feel better. What a novel idea. None of my other doctors addressed the issue of aging and having chronic illness as something that could be treated for quality of life. The facility was clean, efficient, and took good care of me. The doctor was excellent, very thorough care, great bedside manner. As for the facility, also great, minimal wait, great checking process with the QR code, very nice & pleasant staff.
I went here and was diagnosed with shingles, I had a feeling that is what it is, the NP, Noor A., confirmed it was. She said well take ibuprofen for the pain, took that for about a week and half it was not working, felt like my head was going to explode because it was on my scalp as well. Called AFC back to see if I could get something different probably because with shingles it’s typically nerves that are affected, for the actual nerve pain. Hands down, the best healthcare in DuPage County! The health-care providers and staff have amazing bedside manners and provide stellar care in a beautiful facility! I highly recommend Dr. Wahood, she goes above and beyond for her patients!
