My son was seen by Dr.Shakitta Jefferson and she was wonderful. Very thorough. I was given discharge papers which usually I don’t get ever from here. She was prompt to ask if I’d like a school note as well as what form he wanted medicine in. Which are usually in my mental notes to ask for. We had a good experience.
The nurse was pretty rude. Don't like how you have to scan a QR code to fill out paperwork now. The receptionist just sits there until you have to pay, lazy!
Was able to make appt. very quick. Filled out paper work online which helped speed up the process when I got there. Google also gave me the closest AFC to my home. I didn't even get the chance to sit down in the waiting room, they called me right in! I would highly recommend. Everyone was efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Thank you!
My visit today was for bronchitis. The staff and doctor were very pleasant, curtious, and professional. I was very happy with the service I received. Will definitely go back and recommend.
