Was not feeling 100, so I Googled a local Walk In Medical Center that took my insurance and their Valley Stream location came up. They didn't have a ton of reviews, but the few they had were good so I went for it! Glad I did, receptionist was polite and efficient. No filling out 10 forms...just one.
