Dr Campo is wonderful! What a gentleman!
This is such an amazing urgent care. I highly recommended everyone to this. The people are so kind and helpful, and it’s so much faster than other places, but nobody is stressed or in a rush. The place is also very clean and just the vibes from this place are so calming, just from sitting in there. Thanks guys!
On arrival instead of being greeted in any formal way the initial contact person greeted me with “we don’t open until 8, have a seat until then” to which I replied “Good morning” ……once seen after a one hour & 15 minute wait, was given prescription Tylenol for throat pain and prescribed a bunch of over the counter meds….saw my primary two days later and was told I had an upper respiratory infection and should have been started on antibiotics and an inhaler because I was having trouble breathing….would not go back.
No wait, staff was polite. I saw a PA who seemed quite capable. It was also July 4.
They attempted 3x to get my blood and was unsuccessful. So potentially I need to go somewhere else and get it done which is an inconvenience. Overall the wait was minimal the facility was clean and staff were nice, but I would of preferred not to be stuck so many times. Not even the doctor could get my blood and the technique was not good. I'm not normally a difficult stick.
