I went to the AFC Shelton, CT location because the backs of my daughter earrings went into her earlobe. Not only did the provider not come out to speak with me but relayed messages through the receptionist telling me they didn’t have the topical numbing agent for my daughter and despite being stocked to perform procedures above the scale of most walk in facilities, I was advised she was not comfortable injecting a numbing agent when I inquired about that option.
