The check-in was quick. The check-in staff was friendly and the x-ray tech Ray Hernandez, was very calming and very patient. The PA Guerlyne Henson was compassionate and authentic. I want to tell you that she said, "There are good people out they are just hard to find" i want her to know she is one of those "good people" and I appreciate all that she told me today. After all, she could have said nothing. But instead, she said something. Thank you.
