From the front desk, the nurse, to the provider, we were seen quickly and everyone was so kind. I often go here when my kids are sick and know that we are in good hands

I brought my daughter to this urgent care after an injury. She was sent for an X-ray, and later that evening I called to follow up. I was told the preliminary report showed a fracture, and that the doctor would call me the next day once the final report came in. He never did. I followed up again, and the front office promised he would call, but he never did. For something as serious as a fracture, the lack of follow-up and communication is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
