Went in with an injured knee and everyone was very kind and understanding. Tabitha especially was very sweet and patient with me as I was in horrible pain and I will always appreciate that.
DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH PA SELAM LIMENNIH. The front desk staff and particularly the nurse who triaged me was incredibly sweet and helpful, however my experience with PA Selam Limennih was absolutely horrible. I originally came in for severe back pain, and after she asked me questions about my pain, she had me lay down to perform the physical. When she was done, I started to get up and in an attempt to help me, she yanked me up pretty roughly, which had caught me off guard, but I didn’t think much of it. The nurse, Alyssa, was awesome. Super kind to my son, and patient with him, as he is severely autistic.
My experience at AFC has been very positive. They are always polite, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend AFC to everyone with urgent care needs.
