The nurse (Melissa) was fantastic. She was so helpful and kind. Only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the wait time.
Great staff and very clean place. I came back for a check up after breaking my hand. They said I didn’t need to come back but instead go to a bone doctor. They fully refunded me the visits without any problem and I really appreciated that!
Very quick check-in time and didn’t have to wait long at all to see the provider. Very kind very courteous very mindful of my time as well. I would recommend!!!
The staff was very kind and patient explaining things to me. Tabitha the nurse is very nice and helpful as well! I recommend this urgent care. I had to update my review as I had a terrible experience with the provider Salem Lanimtj. She violated my privacy rights and blurted out my test results that I never asked her to say out loud RIGHT AFTER I told her that she was talking really loud and everyone could hear her and asked her to be more quiet as we were discussing personal and health information. Had to wait a very long time. Doctor didn’t come see for more than an hour! Doesn’t seem busy either. Not worth it for me even though it’s really close to my house.
