Dr. Chaney is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and approachable. She shows concern. The receptionist, Kendra, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone is so friendly. They deserve a 5 out of 5!
Out of town. Needs to be seen and made an appointment online, which was easy to do! Text sent to confirm appointment the day of the appointment. Receptionist was professional and willing to help me locate a close by pharmacy and give directions. PA was prompt and made diagnosis efficient. All around customer service was great and staff was willing to help! Thank yall
Today was totally different than all the other times I came they were NOT eager to help just 2 minutes and I’m out of there disappointed with today’s visit just said test came back negative I’m going to send some things to my pharmacy didn’t ask if I was allergic to anything just rude no good bedside manner
