Every time I go for a physical, especially when it comes to drawing my blood, it’s usually very difficult to find my vein. But with Nabilla, the medical assistant, it was perfect. She was gentle, patient, and very professional, and she made me feel completely at ease. I’m truly thankful for the care I received at this urgent care. The front desk staff was welcoming and patient, and they made sure I felt comfortable I highly appreciate the kindness and care I experienced here.
