The wait was long. While I understand it’s an urgent care facility, one would expect to be seen closer to their appointment time. Appointment was for 130 I arrived at 1:37 I wasn’t seen until 2:15-2:20. Staff was very friendly and caring which helped with the wait however would like to have been seen sooner
Woke up with a sinus pressure and my throat was hurting with a dry cough. The PA asked me what meds I was taking and she began speaking to me in a tone of mother to child reprimanding me and speaking in such a tone you wouldn’t use with anyone. I reminded her she asked a question but I never specify how often. Also, I redirected her to please change her aggressive tone towards me. I’m not sure if other patients accept this behavior or she already stereotyped me, that this behavior was allowed.

Arrived at 4:20pm for a 4:30pm appt. verified the correct info for my son to be seen but the staff put the wrong birthdate. we were skipped by 2ppl and then after the staff realized their mistake they still let a walk in go before my children. this inconvenience my evening and i believe they catered more to the spanish ppl because here in perth amboy its mostly spanish ppl and they will certainly overlook you if you are not spanish. this happens at the schools the local stores and now even urgent care.
