I made an appointment for 2:10 PM and arrived early at 1:43 PM to be respectful of the office’s time. As of 2:45 PM, I was still waiting while multiple walk-ins who arrived after me were called in ahead of my appointment. One individual who walked in at 2:05 PM without an appointment was seen before me as well.
