I only waited about 10 minutes to get in and was treated very nice and professional. After seeing the doctor, I took a Covid test which turned out positive. We are visiting the area so it was so good to find a place that provided me with such professional care.
Staff was wonderful aside from the actual NP - Carolyn Bogal. She was completely rude and was not personable in the slightest. Came in as a precaution for an ear piercing I got that had recently been irritated and she told me it was my fault and there was nothing she could do for me / that I should have never gotten the piercing in the first place. You would think people working in health care would have a little more empathy for their patients.
Fabulous- quick, easy, staff were great
Everyone was super nice and helpful
I did have to wait however totally worth it. Sweet nurse Dolce and an excellent NP who probably saved my life.
