I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care facility. The staff was friendly, professional, and caring from the moment we arrived. My daughter was treated with kindness, patience, and compassion, which helped make her feel comfortable during her visit. The medical team took the time to listen to our concerns, thoroughly evaluate her condition, and explain everything clearly. We never felt rushed, and the level of care she received was excellent. Exceptional professionalism from the time I met the two women at the front desk till the time I exited the building. The woman the took my vitals was very courteous to me. Thank you so much Kathleen (NP) for your empathy to my dire need. Wow!! I love professionalism, and AFC was 5 star in every way.
I scheduled at the wrong place I got there they said I could switch it to their my appointment was originally 920 they did not inform me they were putting my appointment for 9:50 AM so I waited I did not get called until 11 in the morning I had an injury on my thumb they took an x-ray and told me I had to go see ortho they didn't even give me a brace or anything terrible
