What a wonderful, beautiful professional people, are very nice and kind
I've been a patient, along with my children, never had many problems.... Until lately. I'm not sure if the staff changing is the cause, or maybe they don't have enough staff.. for my appointment was at 3:10 and I put in online that I had an injured forearms.. however I got there I checked in and after waiting almost 45 minutes they told me there was no X-ray tech there. When I asked why I wasn't told that when I checked in they could not answer. They apologize and said they could still see him but if I want an x-ray or need ... read more
I would never go to this urgent care again. I must say the staff was nice, but when I met the doctor, he was rude when he came into the room, had his hands crossed and was lecturing me as to why am I there and not in the ER? He never checked me never checked my breathing never checked my heart like I said he lectured me and left the room and he never came back in to to explain anything to me!!
