We came in for my son who had an ear infection. We booked and appointment and checked in online and had <5 min wait before we were seen. The physician quickly came in and was able to diagnose the infection and we were on our way! Thank you
I will not go back to this urgent care. Called twice to get test results back. First time I was told it could take 48 hours. Second time I was told it's unusual they are usually back in 24 hours. We'll call the lab and call you right back. I called again 1.5 hours later. When given the results, I asked questions. Asked to speak with a provider. Provider would not speak with me.
