My daughter broke her wrist and this was one of the few places still open. Not knowing anything about broken bones, I consented to have her treated and they put her in a “soft cast”. They had her come back in two week increments to x-ray her arm. They x-rayed it improperly and couldn’t even see the break. They said it was “inconclusive” as if it was not their fault. Like others, I also had issues with billing. They are trying to send my husband to "collections" after double billing ONE appointment last July as TWO in the same day. They have been sending us a letting weekly that we are overdue by $266, even though the bill is still being reviewed by insurance. We paid a $50 copay, which means our appointment is covered by insurance, but because they double charged the appointment, insurance will only cover one. Good nurse practitioner. But this company will try to double bill you. I paid upfront, they didn't give me a choice and now they're trying to bill me the same amount. They Keep texting me. Complete scam artists.
