UPDATE: My original experience with the front office staff was very unprofessional and honestly borderline hostel and abusive. However, not only did the center administrator call me to personally apologize after being notified of the situation but she also assured me that she took this seriously and would handle this immediately. I use to think very highly of this urgent care center that is used them as my primary care doctor. The staff is great...very tor at allhelpful and friendly. Dr. Nazario (the doctor i always seen) is the absolute best I've come across in many years,she really cares and it shows every time i see her. On my last visit there she was not working so i saw Dr Scott Hacking....I can tell you this,i have never met a doctor this uncaring.
